We visited the Orb Family Fun Center for the first time today (4/25/12), and it was a WONDERFUL experience! I had taken my 2 year old to another "bounce house", and had a horrible experience with the filth! The Orb was clean from front to back, top to bottom! The bouncers were clean, the eating area was spotless, and even the restroom was immaculate! I really appreciate being able to take my daughter to a fun place and not worry about what she touches! I'm not a germaphobe by any means, but if there is obvious filth, like at the "other" place (dirt, food, grass, and trash on the furniture, floor, and bouncers), then there's definitely stuff that you can't see! When lots of children are playing in one place, there are going to be germs, but it was a great feeling to see that The Orb is OBVIOUSLY well-kept, and that the operators care about their facility! I can't thank you enough for such a wonderful place to play! I'll definitely spread the word about The Orb, and we'll be back!!!!!

My daughter was invited to a birthday Thursday and I was so pleased with the customer service. We were greeted with a smile and I felt welcomed. The same young lady who greeted us, was the same person who served the birthday. She was amazing. My daughter is a very shy and quite kid, but she really took to the young lady who was there. My daughter kept grabbing the lady by the hand wanting the lady to play with her. I was so unbelievably happy to see my daughter come out of her shell and even more pleased that the lady took the time to play with her. When the party was over the lady thanked us for coming and my daughter must of giving her four or five hugs which is some thing she never does. It was a great feeling! Thank you.

My son had his preschool field trip to the Orb on Wednesday, I was a little apprehensive about leaving him at a place like this for his field trip, but when I got there my worries disappeared! The place was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it was just the " right speed" for young children. I felt very safe letting my four year old child play there!

I originally booked my child's 2nd birthday party at Kangaroo Jac's. I attended a party at the Orb Family Fun Center and hands down knew I had to have his party there. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. Also it was a Saturday party and it wasn't too packed. When it came time for my son's party I was actually able to enjoy the party vs having to do everything myself. They wouldn't let me do anything and I greatly appreciate it. I would recommend The Orb Family Fun center and their friendly staff to anyone for a party or just a day of fun :)

The facility was the cleanest of any I've seen, and the price was very competitive. I was impressed with every aspect of the service, and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. It was an absolutely wonderful experience!

I came to the ORB for the first time last thursday from the suggestion of a friend, and it was not at all what I was expecting.... It was so much more! The building was so clean and smelled good, especially the bath rooms. The young lady who was working was very nice and polite and greeted my daughter and I with a smile,which was a delightful change from other places I have been to before. We can not wait to come back!

Thank you guys for making my 5yr olds party a huge success!! From the moment we walked thru the door til the end of the party, it was just wonderful! All the kids and parents had the best time an so did we!!! Thanks again for a "fun"tastic party!!:))

I recently bought a membership for my son Michael thanks to the suggestion of one of the staff Brandi. It's a great deal and saves money especially if you come often. But I would really like to say thank you to Brandi for always greeting us with a smile and making not only Michael feel good but my self as well for her remembering his name and noticing how much Michael has opened up and grown into playing with other kids since my husband and I have started bringing our son to the Orb. Thank you!

The ORB sooooo totally rocks!!!!! 28 4 yr olds an there siblings had the best time ever!!!!! As a parent planning the end of the year party, this was a great experience from beginning to end!! Bebe was amazing and answered all our questions and was there the day of to help in any way!! ALL of the parents there were so impressed with the facility and how clean everything was! If you have a party of any kind....the ORB is the place!! My daughter asked if she could have her birthday party there and I said YES!!:))
